We started working with JMMS in 2009, when the company was called JM MoldSouth and had just turned the reins over to the founder’s son. The next generation of management had a new vision of the company — to grow by building on the company’s legacy of craftsmanship with investments in people, engineering and manufacturing technology.
JMMS added a business development manager, more engineers, a quality assurance manager. They invested in new technologies. And refined their total program management capabilities in molds and dies. We’ve been there to help them target their key markets and tell a compelling story.
We scrapped the JM MoldSouth name and developed a new brand and positioning for JMMS:
Today, JMMS serves automotive OEMs and Tier Vendors (as a tooling provider for Honda, JMMS is now classified as a Tier One vendor). It also has profitable business lines providing tooling for appliances, consumer products, lawn & garden, and OEM electronics.
You can look at the companies we worked with before radii and the companies we work with now, and draw your own conclusion.
We update the JMMS website on a regular basis. Over time, the company has introduced various strategic initiatives for metal and plastics tooling, and we fold them into the content — more technical services, including part design/assistance and rapid prototyping/concurrent engineering. The site is optimized to convert OEMs and Tier vendors who deal with the problems of their current tooling providers on a daily basis.
