radii FAQs

Questions about radii B2B brand development and management that come up in conversations with our prospects and new clients …

Small shops often specialize in an industry or strategy — what’s your specialty?

Over the years, we’ve done a lot of work on “infrastructure” accounts — companies whose innovations in technology or service add value to their customers’ operations. These include:

radii clients seldom if ever come up on the consumer’s radar, but their goods and services often add value to the consumer experience.

If your company offers a value-adding technology or service, develops innovative solutions to make your customers’ business run faster and more efficiently, or improve the end-user experience, then we can help you.

We specialize in taking complex value propositions and simplifying them — giving brands the ability to stand out amongst their competition, with the emotional force they need to engage with their buyers.

We’re outside of the Southeastern U.S. What kind of service could we expect from you?

We work with clients coast to coast, while also providing marketing support for client operations in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.

Our preference is to start the relationship with a face-to-face meeting, but we’re good at working with the conditions on the ground. Obviously, we do a lot over the phone and with email, but we’ll come see you as often as you’d like to see us.

Over the last eighteen years, we’ve worked with clients headquartered in Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Texas (Abilene, Austin, Dallas and Houston).

The key to making these client relationships work has been regular communication as we develop your B2B creative strategy, being proactive, detail-oriented and delivering a consistently high standard of work and service.

If you choose to work with us, that’s what we’ll provide, whether you’re here in Greenville or thousands of miles away.

Do you do project work?

Yes. Starting with a project is a low-risk way to see how you like working with us. We welcome the opportunity to show clients how we think about their brand, collaborate on the development of creative strategy and tactical execution, and then manage the project.

A project, from our perspective, gives us an opportunity to prove ourselves and build a long-term relationship.

We maintain a roster of marketing partners — are you willing to handle part of our marketing?

Yes. We have clients who work with us on specific assignments — digital, product literature, editorial content, messaging architecture — and others who turn everything over to us.

We know how to be good team players, extend legacy branding and marketing efforts, and work with your other service providers.

Are you big enough to manage a marketing program with a lot of moving parts?

Yes. The partners offer a dense concentration of experience — 100+ years combined, covering a range of major consumer and B2B accounts — backed by a tested and proven network of experienced contract professionals.

We scale as needed for large engagements, adding project specialists for complex programming engagements, media relations and design.

What’s with the name?

We named ourselves radii because everything we do radiates from your brand — the promise it makes, its personality, look and feel, and the associations it triggers in the minds of your customers and prospects.

Each tactical execution of a given strategy expresses your brand values, with messaging and a look & feel that is standardized and consistent, to extend your sphere of influence.
