Sean Sears

  • Brand and strategy development
  • Art direction and design
  • Web/Digital design and programming

Sean’s career in marketing started in healthcare, working on print, collateral, identity and web design work for Columbia Health Care of Central Kentucky. He spent five years with a communications/design firm as creative director, before moving to the client side as creative director of the healthcare system’s in-house creative department.

He moved to Greenville in 1999 to start 10Best.com, Inc. (now owned by USA TODAY), a website offering original, experiential travel content for top destinations around the world. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Product Development, he was the primary user interface developer and web/graphic designer for 10Best and the company’s solution clients — Radisson Hotels, Priceline.com, Fairmont Hotels, AT&T Wireless, Southern Living and Accor.

Sean’s experience with delivering the 10Best product across multiple platforms helps him serve as the vital communications link between marketing and IT (he’s fluent in the languages of both). He joined radii in 2009 as a partner, transforming our digital capabilities.

Today, Sean works on all radii branding, design, art direction, design and programming. He also works with our clients’ product designers on their software user interfaces.

Personal details… a Cincinnati native and University of Kentucky grad, he’s an avid UK basketball fan and, unfortunately, a Bengals fan for life. He lives on a steady diet of 80s music, movies, EPL soccer and evenings with family and friends. He’s a former professional musician, although he doesn’t have as much time to play as he’d like.
